Register Your Team​​

To register your team, solos, or ensembles, follow these four easy steps:

• Read the Articles of Understanding, print signature form and sign it.
  
• Print and complete the Registration Form
  
• Print, read and complete the Release Form (one for each team member/participant)
  
• Mail the signed Articles of Understanding signature form, the Registration Form, all Release Forms, and your payment to:
